5.5　Installation of Cross-Cut Shear

5.5.1　When adjusting the longitudinal and lateral central lines of machine frame and the machine set，the central line of machine set should be taken as the datum point.

5.5.2　When adjusting the elevation of machine frame，the basal plane of blade should be taken as the datum point.

5.5.3　When adjusting the levelness of base，the machined surface should be taken as the datum point.

5.5.4　When adjusting the levelness，the basal plane of upper blade should be taken as the datum point.

5.5.5　After the installation of cross-cut shear is completed，it is necessary to examine the assemblage gap between the upper and lower cutting edge，and its result should meet the requirements of technical document of equipment.
