5.3　Installation of Disc Shear

5.3.1　When adjusting the elevation and levelness，the surface of sliding guide rail should be taken as the datum point.

5.3.2　When adjusting the longitudinal and lateral central lines，the sliding guide rail should be taken as the datum point，and the central line of guide rail and the central line of machine set should be vertical.

5.3.3　When adjusting the verticality of central line of disc shear and the central line of machine set，the cutting edge shaft should be taken as the datum point.

5.3.4　The allowable value of ending beat of cutting edge of disc shear should meet the specifications of design drawing.
