6.3 Sintering and Cooling Equipment
6.3.1 Reciprocating belt conveyor,buffering bin,drum feeder,roller feeder and other feeding device shall be adopted for feeding equipment of large sized and medium sized straight line sinter machines.When adopting pellet sintering method,the oscillating conveyor or reciprocating feeder,wide belt conveyor and roller feeder or other segregation feeder may be adopted.
6.3.2 Sprocket wheel device shall be adopted for feed end and discharge end of straight line sinter machine,horizontal movable frame shall be adopted for discharge end of sinter machine,and integral plate floating sealing device should be adopted for windbox end.The air leakage rate of the sinter machine should be less than 25%.
6.3.3 Energy saving ignition and after-heating furnace shall be adopted for sintering ignition.
6.3.4 Four-field horizontal dry electrostatic precipitator(ESP)should be adopted for the main sintering dedusting.The section area of the main ESP should be selected according to air rate of 0.8m/s-0.9m/s,and part of high frequency power supply should be adopted for large sized ESP.
6.3.5 The pressure of sintering main exhaust fan shall be determined according to raw material properties,material bed depth,grate bar and pipeline and ESP resistance and altitude.Variable frequency running mode should be adopted for large sized sintering main exhaust fan.
6.3.6 Equipment with less than 10% air leakage rate should be adopted for circular cooler.
6.3.7 Shear type single roll breaker shall be adopted for sinter cake crushing.
