做拜日式时,最好每个动作多停留几个呼吸,缓缓吸足,吸饱气,再吐尽,吐净气,才能感受到身体内在的响应与生命力,并强化自身的体能和免疫力。当进行动作时,颈椎有问题者,建议脖子不要往后掉,以保护颈椎。瑜伽运动应在温湿度良好、空气清新的地方进行,姿势能否彻底到位是追求的方向,切莫强求。不要感到挫折,也无须逼迫自己。瑜伽的真谛就是,如同朝阳每日升起,月亮亘古牵引潮汐,只要持之以恒,不言放弃,星星、月亮、太阳都会为你加油、打气!
